You are on vacation, the kids are exhausted from the parks, and you would like one dinner that is not at a counter service window. A sitter comes to your room, in costume, and the kids are genuinely excited that you are leaving.
Do you come to hotel rooms?
Yes. In-room childcare at your hotel, resort, or vacation rental is the most common booking we take in Orlando. The sitter comes to you. You do not drop children off anywhere and nothing happens in a lobby or a kids' club.
Sitters arrive in regular clothes and change in the room's bathroom, so the character reveal happens in front of your kids rather than in a hallway. It keeps the surprise intact and it keeps the sitter from walking through a resort in costume.
How much is in-room babysitting in Orlando?
$199 for three hours with up to three children, $50 per additional hour, and $149 for a second character if you have four or more kids. Six children is the maximum with two characters.
Hotel childcare services in the Orlando area commonly run $30 to $40 per hour with multi-hour minimums, so a three hour evening lands in a similar range. The difference is what your children get: a character they love rather than a stranger with a tote bag of activities.
Can we book while we are already in town?
Yes, from tomorrow onward. We do not take same-day bookings, so if you want Friday night, book by Thursday. During busy weeks that window fills faster, and the specific character your child wants is the first thing to go.
If you are planning ahead, dates 30 to 120 days out can be reserved, which is the better approach for a trip built around one particular evening.
What about park days and early bedtimes?
A lot of families book an early evening slot so the kids get dinner, a bath, and a story on schedule while the adults get a real dinner reservation. Your sitter can run the whole bedtime routine and stay until you are back.
Others book a morning or midday block so one parent can take an older child on rides the little one cannot do yet. Both work. Tell us the plan in the booking notes and the sitter arrives knowing it.

Are your babysitters background checked?
Yes, every princess babysitter on our platform passes a comprehensive background check before their first booking. Sitters also complete a safety-focused platform orientation covering emergency procedures and childcare protocols. Your children's safety is our top priority.
How long is a babysitting session?
A standard princess babysitting session is 3 hours, which is included in the base rate of $199. You can add extra hours at $50 per hour per character. Most parents book for a date night, dinner out, or evening event.
What happens if my child has allergies or special needs?
Before every booking, parents provide allergy details, special needs information, emergency contacts, and any special instructions through a pre-booking form. Your princess babysitter reviews all of this information before arriving so they're fully prepared to care for your child safely.
Do you take children into the theme parks?
No. Bookings happen at your hotel room, resort, or vacation rental. Sitters never take children outside the room or home without explicit written permission, and we do not offer in-park guiding or theme park touring.
Does the hotel need to approve the sitter?
Policies vary by property, and some resorts ask that guests notify the front desk when a childcare provider is visiting. Check with your hotel. Your sitter arrives in regular clothes and comes directly to your room.
