Most princess party companies send a performer for 45 minutes. She sings, poses for photos, and leaves, and you are still running the party. We do the opposite: your character stays for hours and takes the kids off your hands.
How is this different from a party princess?
A party character appearance is a performance. It lasts 30 to 45 minutes, the parents stay, and the character is there to be seen. Our sitters are childcare providers who work in character, which means they stay for the full booking and take actual responsibility for the children.
In practice that means she is not just doing a coronation and a group photo. She is running the games, refilling the cups, noticing which kid has gone quiet in the corner, and keeping the whole thing moving while you talk to the other parents.
What does a princess party cost in Orlando?
$199 for three hours with up to three children, plus $50 per extra hour. For a birthday party with more kids, a second character is $149 and covers up to six children total.
Party entertainment in Orlando commonly runs $250 or more for a 45 minute appearance. Three hours of a character who is also handling the children is a different product at a similar price.
How many children can you cover?
Three children per character. Four or more requires a second character, and two characters cover up to six. That ratio is not a sales tactic, it is the number at which one adult can genuinely keep track of everyone while staying in character.
If you are hosting a larger party, book the characters for the childcare core and plan for parents to stay. We would rather tell you that up front than take a booking we cannot staff properly.
Can she do a birthday moment?
Yes. Tell us it is a birthday in the booking notes with the child's name and the sitter will build the party around them: a birthday song in character, a crowning moment, and plenty of one-on-one attention for the kid whose day it is.
The advantage of a longer booking is that the birthday child gets real time with the character rather than four minutes of a rotating photo line.

Yes, you can book two princess babysitters at once for a duo experience. If you have 4 or more children, a second character is required for safety and quality (maximum 6 children with two characters). You can also add a second character for smaller groups at the add-on rate of $149.
Which characters are available?
We have nine princess characters available: the Ice Queen, the Fearless Sister, the Lantern Dreamer, the Golden Rose, the Wayfinder, the Frog Princess, the Glass Slipper, the Fairy Friend, and the Mermaid Explorer. The Playroom Teacher joins them as a special guest. You can request a specific character when you book.
How much does a princess babysitter cost?
A princess babysitting experience at Enchanted Childcare costs $199 for three hours with up to three children. You can add extra hours at $50 per hour per character, or add a second character for $149 if you have four or more kids or want a duo experience. With two characters, we can watch up to six children.
Are your babysitters background checked?
Yes, every princess babysitter on our platform passes a comprehensive background check before their first booking. Sitters also complete a safety-focused platform orientation covering emergency procedures and childcare protocols. Your children's safety is our top priority.
Can parents leave during a princess party booking?
Yes, for the children in your sitter's care, within the three children per character ratio. That is the whole point of the service. For a larger party with many guests' children, plan for parents to stay, since the ratio is what keeps it safe and keeps the experience good.
Do you bring decorations, food, or party supplies?
No. Sitters bring themselves, their costume, and character-appropriate activities. Decorations, cake, and food are yours to arrange. What you are booking is a character who provides childcare, not full party production.
