What do you provide to a property?
In-room childcare for your guests, delivered by background-checked sitters who arrive in regular clothes and come directly to the guest's room. Your team gets one point of contact rather than a list of independent sitters of unknown provenance.
For guests with children, this is the difference between a stay where the parents never get an evening and one where they book the restaurant downstairs. That tends to show up in your numbers, not just ours.
Why recommend us rather than a listings site?
Because you know who is coming. Every sitter passes a comprehensive background check covering criminal history, sex offender registries, and identity verification, and completes a safety orientation before her first booking. A marketplace listing does not give your guest that, and it does not give you any recourse.

How does the referral work?
Your team points the guest to us, or you contact us directly on their behalf. We handle scheduling, vetting, and payment with the guest. Nothing is billed to the property and there is no charge to you.
We also run an affiliate program for travel agents, concierges, and vacation rental hosts who send bookings regularly, with commission paid per completed booking.
What do you need from us?
Very little. A named contact, and clarity on your property's policy for childcare providers visiting guest rooms so we brief sitters correctly. Some properties ask that guests notify the front desk, which is easy to build into our confirmation.
If you would like collateral for your concierge desk or a briefing for your team, we will put it together.
What does the guest experience look like?
The guest books a date, a character, and a duration. The sitter arrives at the room about ten minutes early in regular clothes, meets the parents, and changes inside. Parents leave, the sitter stays for the full booking, and the guest gets a check-in message during the evening.
Sitters never take children outside the room without explicit written permission, and we do not offer theme park guiding. Everything happens where your guest is staying, which keeps the liability picture simple for everyone.
Which properties does this suit?
Family resorts, suite properties, and vacation rental portfolios where guests routinely arrive with young children and stay several nights. Those are the guests who most want one evening out and are least likely to have a sitter of their own in the area.
It also works well for properties that host weddings and events, where several families need childcare on the same night and the alternative is guests leaving early.
What areas do you cover?
The Orlando metro, including the Disney and Universal corridors, Kissimmee, Celebration, Winter Park, Windermere, and Lake Nona, plus Tampa Bay, including St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Westchase, and Wesley Chapel.
If your property sits outside those areas and you have consistent guest demand, tell us. Where we expand next is largely a question of where the requests come from.

Yes, every princess babysitter on our platform passes a comprehensive background check before their first booking. Sitters also complete a safety-focused platform orientation covering emergency procedures and childcare protocols. Your children's safety is our top priority.
Do you offer babysitting at Disney resorts and hotels?
Yes, our princess babysitters come to any hotel, resort, or vacation rental in the Orlando and Tampa service areas, including Disney resorts and nearby hotels. Sitters travel to your room in civilian attire and do a costume reveal once inside, keeping the magic special for your little ones.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve the Orlando and Tampa metro areas in Florida. Orlando is our primary market given the volume of family tourists, but Tampa families can book for date nights, birthdays, and special occasions as well.
Are your sitters insured?
Enchanted Childcare LLC carries business coverage and every sitter is background-checked and oriented before her first booking. For a property that needs specific certificates or coverage limits documented before making a referral, contact us and we will provide current documentation.
Can guests book directly, or does it go through the concierge?
Either. Most guests book directly once your team points them to us, which keeps your desk out of the scheduling. If you prefer to arrange it on the guest's behalf, that works too.
